Anxiety Counseling

Do you feel Anxiety is taking over your life? 


Anxiety manifests in various ways, often disguised as stress, mood swings, or social discomfort, and can lead to behaviors like nail-biting, racing thoughts, or avoidance. When anxiety begins to control relationships, self-care, and daily life, it can feel overwhelming, leading to isolation or regret over impulsive decisions. Rooted in past experiences or fears of the future, anxiety convinces individuals that they are trapped, but it does not define them. Therapy provides a safe space to explore these struggles, offering both short-term and long-term solutions based on individual needs. Through evidence-based approaches, we work together to restore clarity, emotional balance, and confidence, helping you regain control over your life and relationships. 


You have the option to come in person or stay at the comfort of your place and do telehealth. 


Whatever the issue might be, we can create a treatment plan and work together.

 If excessive worry and stress make daily life overwhelming, I can help you develop practical coping strategies. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and CBT techniques, we’ll identify the parts of you that carry anxiety and teach them how to feel safe and regulated.
