Through evidence-based approaches, we work together to restore clarity, emotional balance, and confidence, helping you regain control over your life and relationships.
You have the option to come in person or stay at the comfort of your place and do telehealth.

If excessive worry and stress make daily life overwhelming, I can help you develop practical coping strategies. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and CBT techniques, we’ll identify the parts of you that carry anxiety and teach them how to feel safe and regulated.
Do social interactions leave you feeling judged or paralyzed by fear? Together, we’ll work on gradually exposing your brain to safe, non-threatening interactions while using mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques to build confidence.
Panic attacks can feel like losing control, but they don’t have to define you. I use breathwork, somatic therapy, and EMDR to retrain your brain’s threat response and help you regain control when panic strikes.
