My place is a warm and safe haven, a judgment-free zone, where you can come exactly as you are. It's not okay to suffer in silence. No matter what you are going through, I can listen to you. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
Its a 1 on 1 time for us to focus on your growth and development and to allow you to move freely in your life. Sometimes we spend too much time in our brain that we get lost and overwhelmed, or we run away from our train of thoughts to find ourselves drifting away from our dreams and goals. Self care is your first priority.
Trauma can take different forms and shapes, such as losing someone or something. Although it is hard, don't let trauma get the best of you. I'll walk with you on your journey and help you get the empowerment and support that you need.
