There will be a one time $39 fee for the initial assessment

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for late cancellation or no show of $50.

A Good Faith Estimate can be provided to you upon request for an estimate of services that you may receive while in our care.
