My counseling approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your internal experience. Many of the people I work with are deeply caring, intuitive individuals- often carrying more than others realize. You don’t have to carry your burdens alone anymore. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your inner world, value your thoughts and feelings, and begin to rediscover your authentic self: who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and unhealthy patterns.

As you and I work together, my hope for you is that, step by step, you experience greater clarity, connection, hope and healing. Working at your pace, you will experience my genuineness, warmth and nonjudgmental spirit.

I meet with individual adults, focusing on a variety of issues, such as:

• Working through anxiety, perfectionism and shame
• Navigating grief, loss and heartbreak
• Transforming relationships (boundaries, codependency, narcissism)
• Cultivating resilience around depression or hopelessness
• Recovering from trauma or neglect
• Processing spiritual or church hurt
• Healing family-of-origin issues

• Dallas Theological Seminary, MA in Counseling, with Honors

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for late cancellation or no show of $50.
